In 2007 in Bali; the 13rd of the Climatic Change Framework Agreement, the3rd Parties Conference of Kyoto Protocol have been held.
A study under the name of Bali Action Plan has been performed. However; this study was not an action decision initiated there; but was a preliminary study determining the way under the light of issues mentioned in the conference and within the agreements made.
The leaders of the world countries had not already developed the “insight” and “will” about the actions that were supposed to stop the global warming.
Shortly; there was only a ceremony in Bali in which the world countries tried to conciliate on the methods for reaching a unity in ideas and action.
The home truth was signified in the ritual occurred in Bali; if the world leaders agree on how to conciliate till the end of 2012, they will make a decision together for to do something serious and take action about carbon oscillation and the other urgent measures.
Shortly; none of the leaders in the world has decided to make something serious for planet, humanity and our future. The studies undertaken by the countries till now on their own initiations on regional basis in order to stop the global warming are insufficient.
With their full capacity and old-fashioned production systems in all continents; the factories, power plants that consume fossil fuels, oscillate carbon to the atmosphere, contaminate the environment with their waste water and waste products, provoke the excessive consumption by unconscious advertisements, invitations ; are about to fait accompli the future of the world and humanity through insensitivity and interest conflicts. The Human Civilization may take place in the history of the Universe at any time.
Who will obtain benefit from this process and in what way this benefit will be used is not intelligible.
It is time that the world leaders; who have ignored the warnings about the global warming and approaching disasters made by well-known climatology experts, science academies and IPCC and have not take action; renounce their interests. If not so; the Humanity will pay a penalty to the Universe for the World.
Even if all of the country leaders who hesitate about signing Kyoto Protocol come to an agreement on Kyoto Protocol and all of the countries stop the carbon oscillation; everything will not be right immediately and the effects of the global warming will not be over suddenly. We need 50-100 years for the solvation, conversion and balance of the carbon and the other gases that have been accumulated in atmosphere till now.
In recent years, UN reports presented explanations about that the measures to take action and permanently change the planet (to prevent climatic changes and global warming) should be taken in 5 years. In case the measures are not taken within this defined period; we will be late and the life in the universe, humanity and our civilization will face a great danger.
The World, the Humanity, shortly our civilization is face to face with the greatest danger ever.
The humanity has never approached to the limits of perish more than this before.
Shortly; our planet has a severe disease. And we should take our planet to the emergency service immediately and intervene to the situation. May be after the intervention; we can pray for it with our hands open to the heaven!
We should think how we drive the planet to this situation, take lessons from this and impose realistic and permanent measures in order not to make the same mistakes again. It is always to our benefit to learn to act in unity as the whole humanity.
This is so simple.
However; it is really funny and meaningless that the countries “still” waste time with Kyoto, “always” mention about their own benefits, putting forward their exceptions (they can be right but this does not change the approaching end).
This is similar to this. We act in contradiction to the above mentioned process. We still have superstitions and try to soothe our patient with folk remedies and suppose that we cure the disease.
What would you do in this kind of scene? The patient is agonizing. And the ones near it are telling tales and sharing its inheritance.
Shortly; this is the situation of our world, humanity civilization and our future. All except this is lie.
So; we invite the leaders of the countries, the ones who keep the strength, the ones who own the capital, and the ones who will be a remedy to the world and the humanity by means of their strength; to be a Universal Human.
This is the DAY we take action and act together for the planet and humanity.
This is the DAY we seriously reduce or even eliminate the carbon oscillations on the planet surface and atmosphere.
NOT AFTER 2012.
United Nations has already stated in its report that the measures that are to be taken after 2012 will be vain.
The politics, that is performed considering that we have an only planet, conscious of the reality that we breathe the single atmosphere, having an insight about that there is a single humanity on earth, uniting the national and world politics; and performed regarding the whole planet, Human Civilization and our future is the Universal Politics.
The politician; who embraces whole of the planet and humanity, and not defends the insignificant historic issues, refrain from the “ Gains” under the name of national interest and surpasses himself/herself when necessary in the name of supporting the idea that there is a single humanity in the world and this humanity is us; is Universal Politician.
And the Humanity; if it bypasses all these moments in its destiny, will kiss the hands of its Universal Politicians and Universal Humans.
The universal human will be the immortal “Ancestors” of the Human Civilization which will form the basis of new unity insight in the world.
It is time that the Universal Human (Ancestors) comes to the World Stage. Otherwise; for the period after 2012, it will be too late.
